Nancy Proffitt is President of Proffitt Management Solutions and is a person with a deep appreciation for life who has spent the last two decades helping others turn their potential in to performance. Nancy uses her strong personal instincts, 20 years of corporate management experience with FedEx Corp., and a unique leadership style to challenge individuals and organizations to align their attitude, skills and goals to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Considered an expert in operations management and leadership development, Nancy takes people, teams and organizations on personal journeys, breaking barriers to success and moving through perceived boundaries because Nancy believes that fulfillment is ultimately at the heart of the individual or organization's performance.
With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the transportation, logistics and academic industry, Nancy is principally adept at constructing customized coaching processes, performing organizational assessments, and developing strategic plans for middle and upper management within these fields. She particularly enjoys helping small to mid-size companies have access to the expertise which most Fortune 500 companies rely on. She is as comfortable engaging executives and teams as she is individuals. Nancy's high energy, dedication and positive leadership has had a significant influence in the lives of people both in the workplace and in the community.
Nancy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Florida State University. She continues to develop her years of coaching and mentoring training through the Leadership Institute and is an affiliate with Resource Associates Corp., a world leader in business and personal development.
Nancy's community involvement encompasses active membership in the Florida Speakers Association, Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce Chairman's Club, Leadership Delray, Delray Business Partners, South Florida Coach Alliance and The Strategic Business Alliance of Boca Raton. She has served as team coordinator working with Habitat for Humanity. Nancy has been a Leadership giver and served as a corporate fund raiser for the United Way of Palm Beach County and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
